Academy Daycare was founded to meet a serious need in the dog industry: A daycare that virtually any dog could safely attend.

What sets us apart is the calibre of our trainers and staff. Not only do we provide a fun space for dogs to play on a daily basis, but also an environment that is controlled and managed by extremely skilled canine behavioural specialists.

Our directors, Anesh and Cass, are renowned canine behavioural experts in the industry through their work at K9 Academy, and have been helping rehabilitate, train, and socialize dogs since 2011.

In our 12 years of running K9 Academy, we have safely and successfully socialized thousands of aggressive, nervous, reactive and undersocialized dogs. In that time, we’ve worked with over 8,000 dogs and their owners to provide real and lasting results. Board and Trains have always been one of our core programs at K9 Academy, contributing to a large number of the dog’s we’ve socailized. We can proudly say that we have never had a dog fight or anything akin to one occur in our social groups—something very few dog daycares can say. It is because of our team’s skill that we are able to confidently integrate dogs of all temperaments into our daycare and provide them with a fulfilling social experience they would not have been able to receive elsewhere.
